Kate will be discussing the recent ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals 8th Circuit. As you know, this is simply more government intrusion into the personal decisions of South Dakota women and their families. As you also know, this was introduced in 2005 by the same small group of extremists who've been putting this state through abortion debate after abortion debate.
