Today, the South Dakota Secretary of State released the 2008 voter's pamphlet (link takes you to the PDF). It will soon be available in hard copy (and for free) at public libraries and county auditors offices around the state.
In addition to Initiated Measure 11, SD voters will be voting on a number of state constitutional amendments and other initiated measures. Please take a little time to look through the voter pamphlet, it contains a brief explanation of each issue from the Attorney General as well as short arguments from each side of the debate.
