On September 23 the SD Campaign for Healthy Families introduced voters of the state to Tiffany Campbell and her family. Tiffany's tragic story of Twin-to-Twin Transfusion Syndrome points out just one of the dangers of Initiated Measure 11.
Our opposition had no idea how to respond to Tiffany as is apparent in this video. But, I think, in the end, you'll see the actual truth.
